Ingredients
1 cup Avelina Cinnamon Instant Oats
1⁄4 cup plant protein powder
1⁄2 cup almond butter, or any nut or seed butter
1⁄3 cup honey, or maple or agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄8 teaspoon of salt
1⁄4 cup non-dairy chocolate candies
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Roll the dough into balls and store in an
airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. (If the mixture is dry, add more almond
butter. Moisture will vary based on how creamy the almond butter is).
