Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Avelina Instant Coconut Oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 scoops plant protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients and pour into two jars. Let chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or overnight. Serve with your favorite toppings.
